로그인은 어떻게 하나요?
만 14세 이상이면 Google 또는 Apple 계정으로 로그인할 수 있습니다. 별도 비밀번호는 필요하지 않습니다.
여러 기기에서 쓸 수 있나요?
네. iPhone·iPad·Mac에서 같은 로그인 방식과 계정을 사용해 주세요. 동기화가 끝나면 다른 기기에서도 기록을 볼 수 있습니다.
웹에서 쓰던 기록은 기존 웹 기록 열기에서 확인하세요.
저장·동기화 알림이 사라지지 않아요.
설정 옆 경고 아이콘을 열고 안내에 따라 다시 시도해 주세요. 미전송 변경이 있으면 로그아웃·앱 삭제·사이트 데이터 삭제를 하지 마세요. 계속되면 오류 문구와 함께 문의해 주세요.
인터넷 없이도 쓸 수 있나요?
먼저 온라인에서 설정 > 기록 보관 > 오프라인 자료의 준비를 마쳐 주세요. 이후 책·인용문·메모·진도·할 일을 편집할 수 있고, 다시 연결하면 동기화됩니다. 기기의 자료를 지우면 오프라인 기록을 잃을 수 있습니다.
사진에서 인용문은 어떻게 가져오나요?
Reading Record > 사진에서 인용하기에서 사진을 고르고, 인식된 문장을 확인한 뒤 저장하세요. 처음 한 번은 인식 도구 다운로드에 인터넷이 필요합니다. 사진을 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
백업과 이미지 내보내기는 어떻게 다른가요?
JSON 백업은 서버에 저장된 기록의 복원용입니다. 설정 > 내 데이터 > 내 데이터 내려받기에서 받으세요. 최근 삭제함·기기 설정·동기화 전 수정 내용은 포함하지 않습니다.
PNG는 인용문·메모 공유용 이미지이며 복원할 수 없습니다. 백업 복원은 현재 기록을 바꾸므로 먼저 동기화하고 백업해 주세요.
삭제한 기록을 되돌릴 수 있나요?
‘최근 삭제함으로 이동’을 선택한 책·인용문·메모만 30일간 복구할 수 있습니다. 설정 > 기록 보관 > 최근 삭제함에서 확인하세요. 영구 삭제·할 일·계정 삭제는 복구할 수 없습니다. 보관 안내
무료 한도와 구독은 어떻게 확인하나요?
광고 없이 10권까지 무료입니다. 한도에 도달하거나 구독이 끝나도 기존 기록의 열람·편집·내보내기는 유지됩니다. 설정 > 이용 플랜에서 확인하세요. ‘결제 준비 중’에는 구매할 수 없습니다.
구독 취소·환불 요청은 Apple에서 처리합니다. 자세한 조건은 이용약관을 확인해 주세요.
종이·연필 효과음이 들리지 않아요.
설정 > 효과음·햅틱·모션에서 효과음을 켜고, 기기의 음량·무음 모드를 확인해 주세요.

앱을 삭제하면 계정도 사라지나요?
아니요. 같은 계정으로 다시 로그인하면 동기화된 기록을 불러옵니다. 동기화하지 않은 기록은 앱 삭제 시 사라질 수 있습니다.
계정을 완전히 삭제하려면?
설정 > 계정 삭제에서 진행하세요. 삭제한 독서 기록은 복원되지 않습니다. 앱·계정 삭제는 Apple 구독을 취소하지 않습니다. 구독은 Apple에서 따로 취소해 주세요.
재가입 후 구독 복원은 약관의 복원 조건을 확인하고 고객지원에 문의해 주세요.
검색해도 책이 나오지 않아요.
책에 적힌 10자리·13자리 ISBN으로 검색해 주세요. 결과가 없으면 ‘직접 입력’으로 등록하세요. 제목·저자·쪽수는 저장 전에 고칠 수 있습니다.
바코드 카메라가 검게 보여요.
화면 공유나 화면 미러링을 끄고 다시 시도해 주세요.

Frequently asked questions
How do I sign in?
If you are 14 or older, sign in with Google or Apple. No separate password needed.
Can I use more than one device?
Yes. Use the same sign-in method and account on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Let syncing finish before checking another device.
Used the website before? Open your existing web records.
A save or sync warning will not go away.
Open the warning beside Settings and follow the instructions. Do not sign out, remove the app or clear site data while changes are unsent. If it continues, contact Support with the error message.
Can I use it without the internet?
First, prepare Settings > Record storage > Offline resources while online. You can then edit books, quotes, notes, progress and tasks; changes sync when you reconnect. Clearing device data can erase offline records.
How do I quote from a photo?
In Reading Record > Quote from a photo, choose a photo, check the recognised text and save. The first use needs internet to download the recognition tools. Your photo is not uploaded.
How is a backup different from an image?
A JSON backup restores server-saved records. Get it from Settings > Your data > Download my data. It excludes Recently Deleted, device settings and unsynced changes.
A PNG shares quotes and notes; it cannot restore records. Restoring a backup replaces your current records, so sync and keep a backup first.
Can I recover deleted records?
Only books, quotes and notes you move to Recently Deleted can be restored for 30 days. Open Settings > Record storage > Recently Deleted. Permanent deletion, tasks and account deletion cannot be undone. Recovery details
How do the free limit and subscriptions work?
10 books free, without ads. You can still read, edit and export existing records at the limit or after your subscription ends. Check Settings > Your plan. ‘Purchases coming soon’ means buying is not yet available.
Use Apple to cancel a subscription or request a refund. See the Terms for details.
I cannot hear the paper or pencil sounds.
Turn on Sound effects in Settings > Sound, haptics & motion, and check your device’s volume and Silent mode.
Where is the background music from?

Does deleting the app delete my account?
No. Sign in with the same account to load your synced records. Removing the app may erase unsynced changes.
How do I delete my account completely?
Use Settings > Delete account. Deleted reading records are not restored. Neither app removal nor account deletion cancels an Apple subscription. Cancel it separately with Apple.
For subscription recovery after signing up again, check the recovery conditions in the Terms and contact Support.
I cannot find my book.
Search with the book’s 10- or 13-digit ISBN. No result? Choose ‘Enter manually’. You can edit the title, author and page count before saving.
The barcode camera shows only black.
Turn off screen sharing or mirroring and try again.
