ODDPAGE 서비스 이용약관

제1장 총칙

제1조 (목적) ODDPAGE(이하 ‘운영자’)의 독서 기록 서비스 ODDPAGE(이하 ‘서비스’)에 관한 운영자·이용자의 권리, 의무, 책임과 이용 절차를 정합니다.

제2조 (용어)

1. ‘서비스’는 iPhone·iPad·Mac 앱과 웹사이트(readbooking.com)에서 책·인용문·메모·독서 계획·할 일 등을 기록하고 기기 간 동기화하는 서비스입니다.
2. ‘이용자’는 이 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 쓰는 사람입니다.
3. ‘계정’은 Google 또는 Apple 로그인으로 만든 ODDPAGE 이용 자격입니다.
4. ‘기록’은 입력·저장한 책 정보, 인용문, 메모, 사진에서 읽어낸 문장, 계획, 할 일 등입니다.
5. ‘구독’은 Apple 앱 내 구입으로 결제하고 일정 기간마다 자동 갱신되는 유료 이용권입니다.

제3조 (약관의 게시와 변경)

1. 약관은 앱 설정·로그인 화면과 웹사이트에 게시합니다.
2. 법령에 어긋나지 않는 범위에서 바꿀 수 있으며, 시행일·변경 내용·이유를 시행 7일 전부터 서비스에 알립니다. 불리한 변경은 30일 전부터 알리고, 가능하면 이메일 등으로도 안내합니다.
3. 동의하지 않으면 이용을 멈추고 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 시행일까지 반대하지 않고 시행 후에도 계속 이용하면 동의로 봅니다. 단, 변경 안내에 이 뜻을 함께 알린 경우에만 적용합니다.

제4조 (약관 외 사항) 이 약관에 없는 사항은 개인정보 처리방침, Apple 표준 사용권 계약(EULA), 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률(이하 ‘전자상거래법’) 등 법령과 상관례를 따릅니다. 개인정보는 개인정보 처리방침이 우선합니다.

제2장 계정

제5조 (이용 계약과 나이)

1. 약관·개인정보 처리방침에 동의하고 Google 또는 Apple 로그인을 마치면 이용 계약이 맺어집니다.
2. 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있으며 로그인 전에 이를 확인해야 합니다.
3. 타인 정보 도용, 약관 위반에 따른 이용 제한 이력 등이 있으면 가입을 받지 않을 수 있습니다.
4. 유럽연합(EU)·영국에서는 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다.

제6조 (계정 관리)

1. Google·Apple 계정과 기기를 안전하게 관리하고, 다른 사람이 계정을 쓰는 것을 알게 되면 즉시 운영자에게 알려야 합니다.
2. 모든 기기의 로그인 상태를 해제할 수 있습니다.
3. 계정을 남에게 넘기거나 빌려줄 수 없습니다.

제7조 (탈퇴)

1. 언제든 앱 설정에서 계정을 삭제(탈퇴)할 수 있습니다.
2. 기록은 개인정보 처리방침의 방법·기간에 따라 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다. 필요한 기록은 탈퇴 전 ‘내 데이터 내보내기’로 보관해 주세요.
3. 탈퇴해도 Apple 구독은 자동 해지되지 않습니다. 중단하려면 탈퇴 전 ‘설정 > Apple 계정 > 구독’에서 해지해야 합니다. 재가입 시 본인의 구매이고 구독이 유효한지 확인한 뒤 남은 기간을 복원할 수 있습니다. 삭제한 독서 기록은 복원되지 않습니다. 해지·환불은 Apple을 통해 처리합니다(제16조·제17조).

제8조 (이용 제한)

1. 제13조를 위반하면 경고·일시 정지·계약 해지 순으로 제한할 수 있습니다. 법령 위반이나 다른 이용자·서비스에 큰 피해를 주는 경우에는 즉시 제한할 수 있습니다.
2. 제한 이유를 알리며, 이용자는 이메일로 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다.
3. 제한 시에도 기록을 내보낼 적절한 기간을 두도록 노력합니다.

제3장 서비스 이용과 기록

제9조 (서비스 내용) 책·인용문·메모·독서 계획·할 일 기록, 기기 간 동기화, 오프라인 이용, 기록 내보내기·백업 복원을 제공합니다. 기능과 사용법은 앱·고객지원에서 안내하며 버전에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.

제10조 (기록의 권리)

1. 작성한 기록의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
2. 운영자는 서비스에 필요한 저장·동기화·백업·표시 범위에서만 기록을 다루며, 동의 없이 공개하거나 다른 목적으로 쓰지 않습니다.
3. 책 인용은 저작권법이 허용하는 범위에서 개인적으로 이용해 주세요. 내보낸 기록을 외부에 공개하는 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

제11조 (기록 보관과 이용자의 주의)

1. 운영자는 안전한 보관에 노력합니다. 기기 고장·미동기화 기록·이용자의 삭제로 인한 손실에 대비해 ‘내 데이터 내보내기’로 복사본을 보관하기를 권합니다.
2. 오프라인 기록은 재연결 후 동기화되어야 다른 기기에서 보입니다.
3. ‘최근 삭제함으로 이동’을 선택한 기록만 30일간 복구할 수 있습니다. 기간 경과·영구 삭제·최근 삭제함을 거치지 않은 삭제는 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

제12조 (외부 정보와 콘텐츠)

1. 외부 책 정보는 틀리거나 빠질 수 있으며 저장 전에 고칠 수 있습니다. 출처는 고객지원에서 안내합니다.
2. 배경음 권리자·이용 조건은 앱 설정의 출처 안내에 표시합니다.

제13조 (금지 행위) 다음 행위는 금지합니다.

1. 타인 계정 사용·도용
2. 보안 우회, 과도한 자동 요청으로 서비스 방해
3. 결제 없이 유료 기능을 쓰기 위한 조작
4. 서비스 복제·분석으로 운영자 권리 침해
5. 위법한 내용의 저장 또는 내보내 유포

제4장 유료 서비스(구독)

제14조 (무료 이용과 구독)

1. 무료 계정은 책을 10권까지 등록할 수 있습니다. 읽기 전·읽는 중·완독을 합산하며 앱·웹·Mac의 같은 계정은 함께 셉니다. 인용문·메모·할 일은 별도 개수 제한이 없습니다.
2. 구독하면 책 개수 제한이 없습니다.
3. 대한민국 기준 가격(부가세 포함)은 아래와 같으며, 실제 결제 금액은 구매 화면의 Apple 가격을 따릅니다.
   • 월간 구독: 월 2,900원
   • 연간 구독: 연 24,900원
4. 무료 체험은 없습니다.

제15조 (결제와 자동 갱신)

1. Apple 앱 내 구입으로만 결제하며 Apple 계정에 청구됩니다. 운영자는 카드·계좌 정보·Apple 비밀번호를 받거나 보관하지 않으며 구독 확인용 거래 식별자·상태는 처리합니다.
2. 종료 최소 24시간 전 해지하지 않으면 같은 기간·가격으로 자동 갱신되며, 갱신 금액은 종료 전 24시간 안에 청구됩니다.
3. 구독은 ODDPAGE 계정에 연결되어 같은 계정의 다른 기기·웹에도 적용됩니다. 재설치·기기 변경 시 설정의 ‘구매 복원’으로 다시 연결할 수 있습니다.

제16조 (해지와 기간 만료)

1. 언제든 ‘설정 > Apple 계정 > 구독’에서 해지할 수 있으며 결제한 기간까지 혜택이 유지됩니다.
2. 만료되어도 기존 기록은 유지됩니다. 책이 10권을 넘어도 열람·수정·내보내기는 가능하지만, 10권을 넘는 동안 새 책은 추가할 수 없습니다.

제17조 (청약철회와 환불)

1. 환불은 Apple 정책·절차(reportaproblem.apple.com 또는 Apple 고객지원)에 따라 요청합니다. 운영자가 직접 환불할 수는 없습니다.
2. 청약철회 기간은 전자상거래법상 원칙적으로 7일이며, 기산일과 예외는 해당 법령을 따릅니다. ODDPAGE는 법정 청약철회 기간 안의 요청을 구독 혜택 사용 여부만으로 거절하지 않습니다.
3. 운영자 책임의 장애 등으로 혜택을 쓰지 못했다면 Apple 환불 요청에 필요한 확인·안내에 협조합니다.

제18조 (가격과 상품 변경)

1. 가격·혜택을 바꿀 수 있으며, 인상 시 Apple 절차에 따라 미리 알리고 필요한 동의를 받습니다.
2. 이미 결제한 기간의 가격은 바뀌지 않습니다.

제5장 서비스 변경·책임·분쟁

제19조 (서비스의 변경과 중단)

1. 서비스 개선을 위해 기능을 바꾸거나 없앨 수 있으며 중요한 변경은 서비스에 미리 알립니다.
2. 점검·고장·통신 장애·천재지변 등으로 일시 중단할 수 있으며 미리 알 수 있으면 사전 안내합니다.
3. 완전 종료는 최소 30일 전 안내하고 기록을 내보낼 기간을 둡니다. 남은 구독 기간은 Apple을 통해 환불받을 수 있도록 안내합니다.

제20조 (운영자의 의무)

1. 법령·약관을 지키고 안정적인 서비스 제공에 노력합니다.
2. 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 개인정보를 보호합니다.
3. 이메일 문의·불만은 접수 후 7일 이내 답합니다. 그 안에 해결이 어렵다면 이유와 처리 일정을 알립니다.

제21조 (책임의 범위)

1. 천재지변, 이용자의 기기·통신 환경, Apple·Google 등 외부 장애처럼 운영자가 막을 수 없는 사유로 생긴 손해는 책임지지 않습니다.
2. 이용자의 고의·잘못(계정 관리 소홀·직접 삭제 등)으로 생긴 손해는 책임지지 않습니다.
3. 다만 운영자의 고의·중대한 과실로 생긴 손해는 법령에 따라 책임집니다.

제22조 (분쟁 해결과 준거법)

1. 문제는 먼저 이메일(rkdrns417@naver.com)로 알려 주세요. 성실히 해결하도록 노력합니다.
2. 해결되지 않으면 한국소비자원 등 분쟁조정 기관에 조정을 신청할 수 있습니다.
3. 대한민국 법을 따르며 소송은 민사소송법상 관할 법원에서 다룹니다.
4. 영어 번역본과 다르면 한국어 약관이 우선합니다.

부칙 이 약관은 2026년 11월 2일부터 시행합니다.

사업자 정보

ODDPAGE Terms of Service

Effective date: November 2, 2026

English translation of the Korean Terms. If they differ, the Korean version prevails.

Chapter 1. General

Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms govern rights, obligations, responsibilities and procedures between ODDPAGE (the “Operator”) and users of its reading journal service, ODDPAGE (the “Service”).

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. “Service” means recording books, quotes, notes, reading plans and tasks and syncing across the iPhone, iPad and Mac apps and website (readbooking.com).
2. “User” means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
3. “Account” means access to ODDPAGE created through Google or Apple sign-in.
4. “Records” means book details, quotes, notes, text recognised from photos, plans, tasks and other content entered or saved.
5. “Subscription” means a paid plan bought through Apple In-App Purchase that automatically renews at regular intervals.

Article 3 (Posting and changes)

1. These Terms appear in app Settings, the sign-in screen and the website.
2. The Operator may amend them within the law, announcing the effective date, changes and reasons in the Service at least 7 days beforehand. Unfavourable changes require at least 30 days’ notice, with separate email or other notice where possible.
3. If you disagree, you may stop using the Service and delete your account. Continuing to use it after the effective date without objecting counts as agreement only if the change notice also explained this consequence.

Article 4 (Other matters) Unaddressed matters follow the Privacy Policy, Apple’s Standard EULA, Korea’s Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (“e-commerce law”), other applicable laws and customs. The Privacy Policy prevails for personal information.

Chapter 2. Accounts

Article 5 (Agreement and age)

1. Agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and completing Google or Apple sign-in forms the agreement.
2. Only people aged 14+ may use the Service; you must confirm this before sign-in.
3. Sign-up may be refused for using another person’s information, past restrictions for Terms violations or similar reasons.
4. The Service is not offered in the EU or UK.

Article 6 (Managing your account)

1. Keep your Google/Apple account and devices secure, and promptly tell the Operator if someone else uses your account.
2. You can sign out of all devices.
3. You may not transfer or lend your account.

Article 7 (Deleting your account)

1. Delete your account at any time in app Settings.
2. Records are deleted under the Privacy Policy’s methods and periods and cannot be recovered. Use “Export my data” to keep what you need first.
3. Account deletion does not cancel your Apple subscription. Before deleting, cancel in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your device. After signing up again, you may restore the remaining period once your ownership and the subscription’s validity are verified. Deleted reading records are not restored. Apple handles cancellations and refunds (Articles 16–17).

Article 8 (Restrictions)

1. Article 13 violations may lead to a warning, suspension and termination, in that order. Violating the law or seriously harming others or the Service may lead to immediate restriction.
2. The reason is explained, and you may object by email.
3. The Operator will try to allow reasonable time to export Records even when access is restricted.

Chapter 3. Using the Service and your Records

Article 9 (What the Service offers) The Service provides book, quote, note, reading-plan and task records; device sync; offline use; export and backup restore. Features and instructions appear in the app and Support and may vary by version.

Article 10 (Rights to your Records)

1. Your written Records remain yours.
2. The Operator handles them only for necessary storage, sync, backup and display, without publishing or using them for other purposes without consent.
3. Quote books for personal use within copyright law. You are responsible for publishing exported Records elsewhere.

Article 11 (Keeping your Records safe)

1. The Operator works to store Records safely. We recommend keeping a copy using “Export my data” to guard against device failure, unsynced device Records or loss through your own deletion.
2. Offline Records appear on other devices after reconnection and sync.
3. Only Records moved to Recently Deleted can be recovered for 30 days. Expiry, permanent deletion or deletion without Recently Deleted cannot be undone.

Article 12 (External information and content)

1. External book details may be wrong or incomplete; edit them before saving. Sources appear in Support.
2. Background music credits and licence terms appear in app Settings.

Article 13 (Prohibited conduct) Do not:

1. use or steal someone else’s account;
2. bypass security or disrupt the Service through excessive automated requests;
3. manipulate paid features to use them without paying;
4. copy or analyse the Service in ways that infringe the Operator’s rights; or
5. store unlawful content, or export and distribute it.

Chapter 4. Paid service (subscriptions)

Article 14 (Free use and subscriptions)

1. Free accounts may add up to 10 books, counting unread, in-progress and finished books together across the same account’s app, web and Mac use. Quotes, notes and tasks have no separate count limit.
2. Subscribers have no book-count limit.
3. Korean prices, including VAT, are below; the Apple price shown at purchase determines the actual charge.
   • Monthly: KRW 2,900 per month
   • Yearly: KRW 24,900 per year
4. There is no free trial.

Article 15 (Payment and auto-renewal)

1. Payment is only through Apple In-App Purchase, charged to your Apple account. The Operator receives or stores no card/bank details or Apple password, but processes transaction IDs and subscription status for verification.
2. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before expiry, the subscription renews for the same period and price; renewal is charged within the 24 hours before expiry.
3. Subscriptions link to your ODDPAGE account across devices and the web. After reinstalling or changing devices, reconnect through Settings > Restore purchases.

Article 16 (Cancellation and expiry)

1. Cancel anytime in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions; benefits continue through your paid period.
2. Existing Records remain after expiry. Even above 10 books, you may view, edit and export existing books and Records, but cannot add books while above 10.

Article 17 (Withdrawal and refunds)

1. Request refunds under Apple’s policy and process at reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support. The Operator cannot refund you directly.
2. The statutory withdrawal period is generally 7 days; its start date and exceptions follow Korean e-commerce law. ODDPAGE will not reject a request made within that period solely because subscription benefits have been used.
3. If an Operator-attributable failure or other cause prevents using benefits, the Operator will provide confirmation and guidance to help you request an Apple refund.

Article 18 (Price and plan changes)

1. Prices or benefits may change. Increases follow Apple’s advance-notice process, with consent where required.
2. Prices for already-paid periods do not change.

Chapter 5. Changes, responsibility and disputes

Article 19 (Changes to and suspension of the Service)

1. Features may change or be removed to improve the Service; important changes are announced in the Service in advance.
2. Maintenance, failure, network disruption, natural disasters or similar events may temporarily interrupt service, with advance notice where foreseeable.
3. Full closure requires at least 30 days’ notice and time to export Records, plus guidance on Apple refunds for remaining subscription periods.

Article 20 (Operator’s obligations)

1. The Operator follows the law and these Terms and works to provide reliable service.
2. Personal information is protected under the Privacy Policy.
3. Email questions/complaints receive a reply within 7 days of receipt. If resolution takes longer, the reason and schedule are explained.

Article 21 (Limits of responsibility)

1. The Operator is not liable for damage from causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, your device/network environment or Apple/Google and other external-service failures.
2. The Operator is not liable for damage from your intent or fault, including poor account management or your own deletion.
3. Regardless, the Operator remains liable under the law for damage caused by its intent or gross negligence.

Article 22 (Disputes and governing law)

1. First email rkdrns417@naver.com; the Operator will work in good faith to resolve the issue.
2. Unresolved matters may be taken to mediation bodies such as the Korea Consumer Agency.
3. Korean law governs; lawsuits go to the court with jurisdiction under Korea’s Civil Procedure Act.
4. If the English translation differs, the Korean Terms prevail.

Addendum These Terms take effect on November 2, 2026.
